10.3 apkt2's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their apkt2 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit apkt2's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 apkt2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
